Period inducing/delaying

Hello! Does anyone have any tips on how I can induce or delay my period. My period is irregular already and my last was June 12th if it helps!

I plan to have sex perhaps next weekend or the one after so if anyone has tips, let me know. Really don't wanna be a literal bloody bless on fun night! ;)

I want to either induce it to get it over with or delay it till next month. My period has naturally skipped a month before.
