Ideas needed please

Hi this is not pregnancy related so i apologise if it offends anyone. It certainly isn't intended to. Theres no specific heading for this so i've put it under the most relevant and appropiate one.

My daughter turns 13 years old 24th December and its my sons 1st birthday 29th December. I planned it well lol. I know this is a little early to be asking but i have to start planning and buying now as i can't afford it in one massive hit being i've got two children this year.

My son i know what im doing i plan to have a small family/friends get together. I plan to do a jungle animal theme. Seperate food for adults. For the children fun foods such as carved animal fruits, animal shape shandwhiches etc. The cake im thinking to do a carved fruit animal so what do you think about this? Do you have a healthier suggestion i would like to keep his party healthy foods being its children.

My girl im totally stuck on and have absolutely no idea. Thinking a suprise neon themed party? Any other ideas? Shes not very girly girl not into hair and make up. Shes not into anything specific either. Any ideas would be much appreciated? Looking for something maybe cool, unique and different. Thanks for any replies in advance. My girl had no christmas or birthday last year because i was seriously ill in intensive care from having my son and my sons a miracle baby so id like to make it extra special for them both.
