Bleh 😫

Kinda freaking out i am 3 days past my period I have cramps but that's it . I mean I have some leg pain and hip pain but that didn't start till last night and that was because I walked for at least 5 or 6 hours. I have no discharge but when I wipe its yellow and my pee isn't a clear yellow it looks really pigmented sorry for tmi lol but my periods are usually on point and I had sex the day after my ovulation cycle was finished and he didn't finish in me so I don't know how I could possibly be pregnant but I'm scared I am. I really don't have any symptoms other than period missed and cramps and I took a pregnancy test this morning it came out negative. Am I just overthinking this.
