Dream turned nightmare!

I've been having the most random, weird dreams every week but last night my dream turned nightmarish. Gave birth to a baby boy, by myself, boyfriend was nowhere found in this dream. & I left the hospital alone with my baby. Got into an SUV (I don't have a car, I live in nyc) & buckled my baby into a stroller & allowed him to roll behind my car for the duration of the trip home. Like this was legit a normal thing to do. So I'm checking my mirrors to make sure he's right behind me & he got stuck in an intersection. I see a man pull over to get the stroller & I make a u-turn to go get my baby & I wake up.

WTF.

On another note, I wonder if it's a sign I'll have a boy 😊
