So I just found out

So I just went out I was pregnant. Is there anything you guys would and wouldn't recommend doing. I do have a really bad and intolerance to coconut and pomegranate like even someone touching me with the coconut on it flares up like a allergic reaction. it is it safe to take Benadryl while pregnant? for this cuz it stops it cuz enough of that all send me to the hospital. Any advice would be really really helpful
