I am 34weeks pregnant, and for the past few weeks my vagina has become very tender. I haven't had sex in months, Sitting for long periods of time (2-3+ hours) it gets worse after I stand. I also have a medium sized knot on the side. But that showed up after the tenderness. I don't want to just show up at the ER. I was going to call my nurse first.
