Losing weight?

Question

Okay so I wasn't really EXPECTING to get pregnant, I actually wanted to lose some weight first.
I gave birth to my daughter 09/2014 and the baby weight I had with her I just was never able to lose. I gained 60-80lbs that just never went away.
Now I'm 9w and I want to get off a LOT of this weight off but don't know how I can without harming the baby?

It all depends on you, each person is different. Just talk to your dr about it and they will tell you what is best. :)

You cannot safely lose weight while pregnant.  Eat a healthy diet and exercise daily if you want to have a fit pregnancy.

Same boat its just safer to watch what you eat and safely walk exercise but don't over due yourself. I only lost maybe half the baby weight from the last baby (2014) so here I am 9 weeks and I only go up and down the scale.

I'm 7 weeks and 4 days, and have lost 3 kgs since finding out 4 weeks ago. But I think it's mainly down to me being 100% more aware of what I'm eating, and I have lost a lot of my appetite. Was 111 kgs, down to 108kgs. A friend of mine also lost weight during her last pregnancy, due to her being a very unhealthy weight and her midwife gave her a special diet to stick to to ensure she didn't gain more weight as it would be dangerous for baby. Over the 9 months, just by eating healthy she lost 10kgs (plus how much baby weighed)

You cannot try to lose weight.
Aim for a healthy diet, zero junk food and at least an hour of activity 5 times per day (do not let your heart rate exceed 140).
I'm considered slightly overweifht.  When I wanted to get pregnant I was obese.  The doctor told me to not try until I had dropped 40 pounds so I did andnthen started ttc.
She warned against trying to lose weight in the first trimester.  I'm told for me that I should gain a max of 2 pounds in the first trimester and max of 20 pounds overall with the full term pregnancy.  I'm 8 weeks and same weight through being conscious of food and activity.

I hear a lot with working out and eating just fruits will allow u to stay the same weight.
