Pain in pregnancy

I am 16 wks and since the afternoon I been having a headache. A few houra ago my right shoulder and neck started hurting. And now I'm feeling pinch on my left belly. Comes and goes thought it might be the baby. But I cant find the Tylenol to take so all this pain will go. And all the medicines I have I can't take them cause is not for pregnancy.
