Any success IUI and low sperm count

Hi everyone, I'm really at my wits end. We did our second attempt at IUI With femara and trigger, my husband had lower sperm counts due to a vasectomy reversal, prior to his vasectomy we were diagnosed with unexplained infertility. I know it only takes one sperm, but I'm feeling like our situation is hopeless via the IUI route. I am due to start my cycle Friday, but due to the cramps I'm having im pretty sure it's going to start tomorrow. I feel like I'm looking for any sort of hope at this point. Any good thoughts, prayers, or success stories or words of encouragement would be greatly appreciated. Thank you ladies.
