swollen lymph nodes in infant?

Ever since my son was a couple weeks old we noticed he had noticeable lymph nodes on the back of his head 2 on each side every single doctors apt he's had I ask about them and they always tell me it's normal with some babies 😕 but he is now 6 months old and they are still there! No bigger and no smaller and they still tell me it's normal but I can't help but be a paranoid wreck googling terrible things etc so I'm just curious if anyone else has experience with this and can ease my mind !!
