Momma's let's talk Workouts😩💪🏻😝


My sweet babe is 3 months already!!! And I'm feeling insecure about my post baby body. I've been doing a workout called T-25 for about 5 weeks now and I just can't seem to lose anything. I don't feel comfortable in my own clothes. I don't care about the number on the scale I just want to feel comfortable in my own skin. I know it takes awhile after baby but I figure something would change. So I'm looking for tips and suggestions from other momma's! I'm breastfeeding and eating good healthy things, but come on I still have my cheat meals😳 So what are y'all doing?!? Any help is appreciated!!!
