Need some advice

So during my period I had sex with my bf and he came in me a little bit. As soon as my period ended i started spotting and it has been going on for about a week now. 8 days exactly today. I have some cramp like pains every now and then and sometimes it's a little more painful than it should. Would anyone happen to know what this is? I still live with my parents so they don't know that I'm sexually active, and I don't go to a gynecologist. If someone could help me out I would very much appreciate it.
