Shaving down there and razor burn.

Hi. It seems every time I shave I get razor burn pretty bad. I use a good razor and shaving cream every time and I use moisturizer afterwards. I know some of you might say not to shave which I get why you think that but i like the free feeling shaved. If you have any tips about shaving to avoid razor burn and how to stay shaven please let me know!
