Should I Have A Wedding?

I've been thinking really hard, I don't have a "Best Friend" to be a Maid of Honor or anyone who I would want to be my bridesmaid! We don't have a lot of money to be extra, but I do think it's a once in a life time thing! I'm so undecided! HELP

You don't need bridesmaids or groomsmen. All you need are each other. It doesn't have to be super expensive or flashy. But sharing it with the people around you could be so special. It could be a backyard thing and the only thing that matters is that it's your guys' day.

I also think it's a once and a life time opportunity but I like the idea of a court house, or maybe just pay a minister and do private thing, just you two. It would be really special! You don't need to stand in front of a bunch of people to prove you love someone. Just your love 💕

Have a wedding, but don't go out of your means.  I don't regret my wedding at all, but if I could do it again, I would have definitely gone simpler. You're marrying you're best friend, soul mate, no amount of money spent or not spent can make that any more amazing and special than it already is.

Our wedding was 30 people, immediate family and extremely close friends. I wanted to elope but my husband wanted to give his parents a ceremony as they are older and had never seen any of there kids marry. So this was our compromise. 
It was a beautiful and intimate affair but since we had a small crowd we were able to splurge on things we truly wanted like good food (we are foodies) and a beautiful location that needed no decoration. 
We picked the off season in the winter and picked a weekday to cut down on costs. 
It was a perfect compromise 😊

My parents didn't have bridesmaids or groomsmen. If you want a wedding just have one without a wedding party

If u can't afford a wedding u could always do a court house wedding and just renew ur vowes and do a wedding when u can afford it

I had a really small and inexpensive wedding with just immediate family. It was perfect. It's doable without having to do all of the traditional things (unless you want to).

We spent less than $200 and had a very small chapel service. We then headed out to dance to "our song" and invited everybody to the "reception". We still, nearly 2yrs later,  never actually celebrated with family.  Our 2 witnesses and my kids are the only ones who were there for the vows.

I was on the same boat as you! At first I wanted to just elope but i thought it was a once in a lifetime thing..so we decided to have a intimate wedding of 20 with our closest family & friends.

i'm in the same situation as you but having a big wedding has never been a dream of mine, and i also think of the money that goes into a wedding so we decided to marry through court something small but special :) just do whatever u feel it's better for ur situation
