Next step after Femara

Well, TTC with PCOS... the fun continues!

Clomid alone never made me ovulate, even at higher doses. Started mixed cycles of Clomid plus Menopur injectables for 4 cycles-- only ovulated, never conceived. Just did first mixed cycle of Femara plus Menopur, didn't conceive this round either. All rounds have Ovulation monitored by ultrasounds and trigger shots. Dr says we should talk about "next steps" in a couple weeks, which I'm assuming means IUI.
