cheating??

so me and this one guy are talking. we've kissed a few times and we send eachother hearts. we haven't made it official because he has things going on with his mom that he wants to sort out before we put a label on our relationship. tonight i made out with a different guy. is that considered cheating since i'm not officially with the first guy, were just kinda talking??
