Life is too short. If you love someone let them know. Weather that's a partner family member or friend. I tell people that I've just met I love them, because I do. I love their character and if we're getting on well I want them to know I'm appreciating their time. You don't know who you're gonna lose tomorrow or the next day. Tell them! Tell everyone! Love is not something to fear!

Actually we said it on our third date which was four days later we met 😂😂  2 years and still counting💕 but this doesn't mean you're doing wrong, I think you'll know when you're ready. Just listen to your feelings, no one knows you better than you do. 😊
