This is my new fur baby timber. I also have a two year old cat named fluffy. I am a mother of four children an 11 year old, 8 year old, 6 year old and 8 month old baby. My question is how do I train the puppy to play nice especially with the baby. I don't want the baby to become afraid of him. I have been waiting till the puppy is asleep and taking Brennan ( 8 month old) over the the puppy and teaching him to pet the puppy with an open hand and to not grab and pull on him. As of right now when the puppy is rambunctious and Brennan is crawling as soon as timber goes and starts to try to nip I stick is rope in front of him. I just want to make sure I'm doing it right. Any other suggestions will be great.
