What do I NEED for a newborn

Question

My boyfriend and I live in a small one bedroom and I'm trying to figure out what I actually need for baby. We don't have a lot of room for stuff that I'll never end up using like a changing table or rocket if they aren't useful. Tia

I live in a small one bedroom apartment also. We were given a rocking chair and glider for free, but I wouldn't have gotten it otherwise. The crib we got has a changing table with 3 drawers and 3 shelves. I wasn't planning on buying a changing table, but it worked out because now I don't need to buy a dresser for baby clothes. I emptied my nightstand to use for baby as well. We did buy an infant-toddler rocker and a play mat that is also a ball pit. But I wouldn't consider those as something that's needed. Other things we got are the car seat and stroller. Both are in our bedroom until closer to due date, then stroller will be staying in our car. My mom crocheted a baby blanket, and I also bought one, and my mom also bought another. I got swaddle blankets from Burlington for $12 for a pack of 3. I also got wash cloths and baby towels. (I'm sure the ones we had would've been sufficient enough, but she's my first and I wanted to have those little things). I bought 2 diaper bags. I plan on leaving 1 in the car so we always have emergency supplies in case we forget something, plus the one that we'll be leaving in the car also converts into a travel bassinet, so if we visit family, she'll always have a safe sleeping space. I did some couponing for diapers, but only have a few at home, and the rest are at my parents place. I bought 2 sheets and 1 mattress protector. I put a sheet on the waterproof mattress, then I put a mattress protector over the sheet, then put the 2nd sheet on top of that. So if she makes a mess, it'll be a quick cleanup in the middle of the night. I bought a diaper genie because it was on clearance in Kmart because they are closing down. I'm hoping that'll keep the smell down in the bedroom. I haven't purchased a high chair yet. I'm waiting till Black Friday. I also need to buy a baby tub.

- Crib with a good mattress, you can get a pack n play as it's smaller then a crib and can hold other essentials on the side but some babies HATE pack n plays. My almost one year old still refuses to sleep in anything except his crib. 
-I'd say about 6 crib sheets.
- Safe Car seat & Base
-Baby Bathtub & essentials. Towels, washcloths, body wash, lotions, creams.
- Some kind of sound machine & or mobile.
- Bottles, bottle rack, a few different brands of binkis if you plan on using one. 
- Diapers & Wipes in surplus because you might now want to leave the house for awhile and it's good to stock up.
That's really all you need. :)

We have a small bedroom. There's space for a crib and we are getting one where you can make it into a bed for later on. Just have a stroller with car seat couple of toys and a swaddle me side sleeper you can put in your bed if you want your baby to sleep with you only 40$ and a swing. The rest is just clothes bottles and the rest of the baby stuff you need.

A bed. Clothes. Maybe some toys/books etc. and a way to feed them as they are older (they make vey compact high chairs that can even attach to the table). 
I never got a changing table and I never saw the need. I did get a rocket, but it isn't a necessary thing.
