Does he like me more than just a fuck buddy?

Okay so this guy & I have been fucking for a month now, but we spend the night with each other all the time and cuddle and we talk everyday and sometimes we hang out with friends and not fuck. Last night, he was not drunk anymore but he goes "don't cheat on me ok, I know you're loyal" and like idk I'm just confused so I brought it up and asked what he wanted us to be & he says he doesn't know. He just got out of a relationship like 2 months ago so he might not be ready but does he like me at all? Or like what is this lol.
