Anxiety + morning sickness
I've had severe nausea and frequent vomiting since week 4 of my pregnancy (currently 10w4d). Last week I was on vacation and I only threw up once and rarely felt nauseous! I thought things had taken a turn for the better for me, only to get home / go back to work and start getting sick & feeling nauseous constantly. Do any of you think that your anxiety worsens your morning sickness? And tips/tricks for coping with anxiety? It's just awful to feel this sick all the time!
