Wtf do I do???!!!!

My boyfriend and I have been through a lot lately and my bff says that he told her that he likes my friend Kyla. And I've seen how he's been talking to her a lot more and telling her what's bothering him instead of me. And it's confusing. Also Kyla's bff told my boyfriend that I committed suicide like WTF!!!! I'm obviously still alive I just wasn't talking to anyone because I was at the hospital for my grandpa who had leukemia and another hospital for my cousin cause he was in an accident with a broken neck. And they all knew this. Now I'm clueless on what's gonna happen I feel lost and broken. Plus my bff just left for vacation and I'm left alone with nobody. And I'm 14 btw so I don't really know how to deal with this! Help please!
