Ttc but feeling confused and lost 😢

I am 24 yes old and ttc since October. I had normal periods for November and December. I have not had a natural period since december. I had in February because my Dr had me take provera. I was always pretty consistent before i started bc. I have not been tested for pcos, but I have a feeling I have it. I have a Dr appointment scheduled Friday to have a good talk with the Dr about everything. I am just getting frustrated ttc and not knowing if I am actually ovulating. I have gotten the ewcm both in January and a couple weeks ago,but does that actually mean I ovulated? Can I get any advice from other ladies in my same circumstance?
