Okay guys. So I think I might have food poisoning. I don't know what I might have eaten that would cause it. I've been throwing up everything . I can't keep anything down. I also have diarrhea like really bad.... I just feel weak.. Cramping Headache... Im 25 weeks pregnant. Is this something I should worry about? Should I go to the e.r? Any advice would greatly be appreciated....
