should I forgive her ?

So this girl used to be my bestfrind..we had a falling out bc she used to always put me in her cloths and stuff bc we were about the same size, and she said I stretched out an outfit of her and basically called me fat, my mom got pissed I was pissed and honestly I don't remember most of why I was so mad. I'm trying to move on and be a better person and forgive ppl. But my mom still dosent like her honestly I miss her and shit most my family don't like her for what she said, but she is technically family at the same time. this happened 7th grade year were both no going to be sophomores..honestly She has apologized multiple times repeatedly and says she misses me so..should I forgive her?
