Renting to ppli

Hi everyone I'm renting half my house out w a shared kitchen I'm so stressed out because the women I rent to doesn't clean at all she cooks and washes the dishes bust leaves a mess all over. Uses my dishes and let's her son run wild all over my house I don't want to be mean but I'm getting tired of cleaning everyday taking care of her kid from turning my house inside out. My bf and I rented the half the house so we could help out each other but they don't even pay bills or rent on time. I've been keeping quite for 3 months now but I'm about to pop! Idk What to do any advice. I just want to kick them out but my heart goes to her husband because he's my friend and he's a good man it's just his wife who's the lazy ass sleeping all day and not doing anything.
