So I know this isn't related to the site, but I wanted to get people's opinion somewhere anonymously.

This past January my brother was arrested for sexual assault on a minor, he's 27 and she was 13. He hasn't had his trial yet because it keeps getting pushed back. But I'm just wondering if you were in my shoes, what would you think about it? Obviously it's a horrible thing and there will always be a part of me who will never look at him the same, but he's also my brother so I'm just not sure what to think.

Let me add, there is proof of them talking about hanging out and "not really watching tv" and pictures were sent back and forth, I have no doubt that something happened, just not sure what.
