Should I worry??

So I know about the implantation phase. I've seen very very very light pink residue when i use the restroom. No cramping and no heavy bleeding. My progesterone level was at 7.5 so my OB put me on progesterone medication. Is/has anyone else experience this? I'm keeping good faith and I kind of put myself on best rest for this 1st trimester. I'm taking my prenatal vitamins and I also take Metformin 500. Not because I'm a diabetic but my OB doesn't want me to become one. HELP ME LADIES. I DONT WANT TO PANIC AND/OR LOSE WHAT IM SO BLESSED TO HAVE 😢😔
