So I work in a building that contains 3 main offices. My office is located at the right side of the building. My office is very close to the other office. Our door is clear and I work right next to it where everyone can see me and I can see them. We have a back door that we can use to go check on my coworkers that are landscapers. Every morning one coworker would come in so I can tell him what the guys have todo. But this time on Monday I decided to go outside to quickly tell my coworker something. There are like two signs on the door that says to close the doors always but I needed to go outside for less than a minute. When I turn around I see that the door is closed and locked. So I go back to the door and start banging on it. The lady that opens it is like "if you don't like the door being locked you need to unlock it your self that's tough shit "so I am just "Mmm 😦" like surrreeee so when I was coming in I was with my sister and my coworker. We were headed to my office but my sister stayed m behind because this lady was talking to her friend/coworker and was saying "You know that Bitch that always gives me looks" and my sister stopped her and said "Excuse me?" And the lady just said "I wasn't talking to you 😒" so I was like mmmmmmm not today Satan so I went next door to the main manager that manages that lady that called me a Bitch. I told the manager and she was surprised that this 65 year old lady was misbehaving like that. She was surprised at the part where the lady said that I always give her looks because I am always looking down and I never say good morning lol which is true I don't like eye contact. Even the manger said that. So the other owner/Boss talked to the lady. Call me a snitch if you want but I needed to put this grandma in her place. We are in a professional office where we need to act professional at all times and for this lady to disrespect me like that was wrong. She was acting like a 5 year old. At the end the boss told me to just close the door. But this lady Calle me a Bitch for not closing a door lol 😂 she didn't even bother to apologize. So this happened on Monday and today is Wednesday and the lady passes by giving me dirty looks lol I know she was talking about me even before this occurred but since this happenend she made her coworker give me dirty looks too 😂😂😂
