Don't know what to think. I need help.

I have been TTC for a while and for years doctors have been telling me I'm border line obese but I weigh 230 and I'm 5'2. So my last period was May 22nd and after my period was over I have been trying so hard, I had the nausea, the swelling of the breast, the sleeping/tiredness, and more I took 2 test th ey came back negative it's July now and my period came or at least I think but who else has had this happen??? and why does it happen??? or were you pregnant and still came on your period or was it the other thing ???? Some one help me.
