Diarrhea and water retention issues!

This is my second pregnnecy first was c sec.

I have had loose motions since a night and a full day and im 35weeks pregnant. Before tat i felt my stomach was quiet more free than now. Now i can literally feel my baby move tigthly kind. Does tat mean i have water loss should i be concerned and i feel my too.much weight in lower abdomen and major kicks or tikles in lower pelvis. I can My cervix after inserting almost a full middle finger. And feels soft not hard. Can anyone suggest what is happening? Should i be concerned. ?
