Any one has or had BV during early pregnancy?

So I got a prep smear done two weeks before I got my positive. The following two weeks, I got a call that all my tests came back negative but I do have a case of bacteria vaginosis. They said my antibiotics would be waiting in the pharmacy that I can pick it up any time. So the next day I took a a hpt, that's when I got my positive. The next I went to Naval hospital and they did a blood test, when I was waiting to pick up the antibiotics the lady at the counter asked if I was pregnant. Told her I wasn't sure, I'm waiting for the results. She called around and said to me that it was positive. After she said to go to family practice to talk to the doc. I did, but he said he probably won't likely start treatment until after 12 weeks.

Has anyone experience this? I'm worried over and losing my mind. Naval won't get in to get an ultrasound until I'm 10 weeks or so. 😕 I have a 4yr old, who I had back in AZ. The hospital I went to was easier that Naval hospital. Ugh.
