Afraid to get excited

So I found out I was pregnant 2 weeks ago. Had ALL the symptoms from day of missed period (extreme Fatigue, sore boobs, nausea, constipation, etc). I have 2 boys, but I've had 5 miscarriages. Four days after the symptoms started they all abruptly ended. Totally. Except sore boobs. I know ppl say it's normal, but they've been gone for a week and a half. The day after they left I had horrid back pain that is typical of the start of my miscarriages. Nothing has happened yet (not too uncommon for me--babies stop growing at 5 wks but I've carried as late as 14wks) so I went in for blood work yesterday to get some peace of mind. Waiting on results now and this morning Ive been crazy sick--even vomited once! SO hard to wait for the results while 🤢, but I've been sick after baby died before. Just want to see some numbers so I know if I should be sad or excited!
