I'm gonna post my chart updated through today so you can reference that. I've had some minor af like cramps that are milder than af for a day or two now. I normally don't get af cramps until a day before she shows up. I always start on time and have a regular 28 day cycle. Sometimes I've started a day early but rarely. Today my hubby checked my cervix as he does now every other day or so, and he said its medium to high firm and closed. When we had sex it was kinda painful in my lower abdomen where the cramps were. Could I be starting af a whole week early?
