Stretched ears

My ears have been stretched to a 0g for about a year now. I have some really cute double flair plugs that easily slide into my left ear, but I cannot get them into my right. I've lubed up, soaked my earlobe in warm water to soften it. I used this newer product called snap plugs to go from a 4g to the current 0g. I don't have a 0g taper bar that I can tape to make slightly bigger to stretch my ear more, and I don't really wanna buy one just for this. does anyone have any suggestions for me?
