Can I be pregnant

I had sex in the 3&4th both days he came in me multiple times. I been checking my cervical mucus since I ovulated and now it's changed to thick white paste-like discharge (no odor or itching.) and also my left nipple was tingling earlier today. but the app says I was only fertile like 9% those days. what do you think?
