Befor I start I swaddle my baby already.. the first 5 weeks he did really good with sleep at night and sleeping inside his sleeper.. now he only sleeps if he's next to me in bed.. which means 0 sleep for me cause I'm scared to hurt him.. idk what to do an it's exhausting when you work full time and you get little to no sleep at night..

Yeah we went through this. It was really hard, he would wake so much more when he wasn't next to me. I'll say either choose to bed share and look up the safe sleeping practices now to help put your mind at ease or start experimenting with other sleep surfaces and know that it won't be easy on your sleep. I have friends who literally can't bed share because they are such sound sleepers and it wasn't safe for the babe, so they just found other ways. If you're determined there are other ways.
