I took 3 at home tests in the last week and I had really bad back pain yesterday to realize I started bleeding. It didn't seem like it was my period starting since my expected start date was the 11th and I took at home tests all saying positive. Long story short I called my doctor and went in for a blood test for it to be at 5 for hcg, she said I probably had a biochemical pregnancy loss. It was what I had feared to be true all day yesterday and then to find out my fear is confirmed. TTC is already emotionally draining, I don't know how to feel at this moment
