Anyone have this happen temp spike before positive opk

Not sure if I had a fever maybe through the night before my temp spike (as I do have a cold) but todays temp dropped with a positive opk and ewcm. All other days were negative opks even the small temp dip before the huge rise. Thoughts/opinions?
