Not as far as we thought..

nichole

So, last year I had my mirena removed, after 5 years. I've never had a normal cycle. Ever! It's always been hard to track, and for 5 years it was basically non existent. Well, since April I've been incredibly sick. Lost over 10% of my body weight, not by choice. Went from almost 120 to below 100 at one point. People like to comment about how skinny I am. Trust, if I could change it I would. But I got sick! Wasn't my decision. Had test after test done, with the final conclusion that I was suffering from intense gastric reflux. My OBGYN informed me that I wouldn't have a normal cycle until I had more weight on me. I was told pregnancy probably wouldn't happen anytime soon because of my health issues.

Fast forward to March. I was having brown discharge, for weeks on end. No blood, just brown goo. Dr every week freaking out I was dying *because i asked the google shit-don't do that!!!* Dr said it was because there was no fat cells for the hormones to attach to. In March I went 10 days discharge, 9 days nothing, 15 days discharge. This went on March, April, May. Took my first test June 16, and had a faint line. Went that following week, and Dr confirmed I was pregnant. They put my LMP at 4/22/17. For the last month I have been smoke free, weed free, caffeine free.

Today was my first ultrasound, and I was informed I am not almost 12 weeks, but rather 7 weeks exactly. My little Poochie has a heartbeat of 144, and my new due date is 3/2/18.

Has anyone else had these issues and ended up where I'm at? This is my first pregnancy that has made it this far! Am I on the right path to keep Poochie healthy?!
