NEXPLANON ‼️

Okay so I've been on nexplanon for almost 4 years I got it the first time for 3 years had no problems with it got it replaced this second time around I've had issues I have about 10 day periods sometimes and other times I get my periods twice a month. Here's the thing I got my period had it for 6 days I was off my period for 1 week then out of no where I started again so i thought ! Only this time I only bled for one day and I'm not talking about light pink im talking about I had to use tampons regularly that day as if I did start. Today I woke up and it's gone no bleeding nothing! Any one have an suggestions or feed back regarding this I could use any advice
