Advice???

Ok. Where I lived was fine until both of my neighbors moved next door. THEIR KIDS ARE BAD AS FCKKKKKKK. They keep ripping off my dryer hook up from the outside and throwing sticks and shit in there. Me or my bf have to go out and tell them not to touch it but they continue to and their parents don't watch them at all. Even when we say something to the parents nothing is done. The little kids shit in the grass next to the basketball court everyone plays at. Yes, human shits. Nothing is done. They play literally on my porch and on the side of my apartment and leave so much garbage there so I take it and put it in their yard. But they still are always on my stuff. They touch my boyfriends car and I cussed them out. The one mother said "ok but you don't have to cuss" none of you have jobs bitch so who's gonna pay for it!?!? My cousins live a few doors down, they stole a shopping cart and hit her brand new truck with it and it now has huge dents on top of that they they lifted the sewer top and now there's just a big ass hole in the ground with no lid. And last but not least the one mother lets her little yorkie shit on my porch. I'm so ready to call cys & our landlord to get them evicted. From sun up to sun down theure screaming. I just can't do it anymore. What should I do ?
