Preeclampsia Worries

Myranda

So, I had a doctor's appointment on 7/14 and I managed to gain 10lbs in a week, as well as my uterus size is measuring much bigger than where I should be at for almost 35 weeks. I've had a lot of swelling lately, and my blood pressure while still in the normal range, is much higher than my own averages. My OB sent me home and told me to start a 24 hour urine collection Sunday morning. I have been very mildly active during pregnancy, never trying to over work or exhaust myself so the intense swelling doesn't make too much sense to me. My doctor didn't give me any recommendations of a time I should call if other symptoms have occurred, and I know preeclampsia can turn bad fast. I apologize if this is all over the place, I'm trying not to scare myself but I am always worried if I ignore things it could turn into something much worse. So, does anyone have any tips of when to call my on call doctor? I've had a headache thats been pretty consistent, yet will fluctuate in intensity at random moments thats been slightly concerning, this is why I've asked. I've tried tylenol, cool shower, drinking tons of water, gatorade to keep my electrolytes up. I always get worried if I call and it's nothing I will distract my doctor or care team from caring for someone who needs it. I also don't know what qualifies as a time to call when on preeclampsia watch? Any advice, personal expierence, or just general encouragement will be appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read all the way through this.
