Period cramps!

Ladies help! What is something I can take for my cramps! I had a miscarriage of 2016 and had to have a dnc since then my period cramps are insane!! I've taken pamprin, Advil, alive, midol, and ibuprofen. Take hot baths! Everything! I go in for a ultrasound for my pelvic area to see what's going on! But for the time being I need some answers if y'all can help! Thanks ladies!😊
