Preeclampsia ????!

Ive been having some swelling in my feet and ankles but what concerns me is that i have the worst chest pain like heartburn and pain under my ribs that goes through my back. And some days out of no where i get dizzy like im gonna pass out. And ive never been sick in this pregnancy and out of no where i have sickness. I wake up in the middle of the night feeling like i have to vomit. My blood pressure is around 141/87 4:24pm and i am 30'weeks pregnant. I just checked my blood pressure now and its 146/89
