I'm using the ring right now. I love it, it's so much better then the shot and it regulated my period.

But.. I have slight issues with it. I have to take it out every time my fiancé and I have sex because it hurts both of us, if I leave it in. Since I take it out, sometimes I forget to put it back in right away.

I want to try the patch for a little while to see if it's any easier.

Can any ladies here tell me the pros and cons of the ring and the patch, and how it is to transition from the ring to the patch and vise versa?!

Update: We had sex yesterday and I forgot to put the ring in. I definitely have to try something different 😔

Update: so I had to stick with the ring. Let's see if I can do better this time.
