Is it teething?

My boy is almost 6 months(will be 6m on 20th) and today he is sleepless, having diarrhoea(pooped twice and it was like a newborn poop) chewing everything close to him, fussy n cranky, drooling since last two weeks, and last but not the least his appetite has gone way down today.
Any suggestions? Anyone going through the same? Its making me real tired..!

Oh yeah. Sounds like teething big time. Really all you can do is provide plenty of teethers. My boy especially loves the cold ones you can freeze. He's too young for oracle right now. My doctor did say he could have 2 ml of Tylenol though. So when he has a particularly bad night with teething pain we give him the Tylenol and a cold teether.
