Please Help 🙁

The App said I was to ovulate Friday. Yesterday (Saturday) I had almost unbearable cramping. I had to lay in a hot bath to feel somewhat comfortable. I could barely walk and even sitting down to pee was very uncomfortable and painful. Today (Sunday) I woke up and my stomach and around where my uterus would lay is extremely sore. I can't put no pressure on my stomach without it hurting. It even hurts when getting up from a sitting position. I have been having regular bowel movements even though it hurts to do that. So I know it's not that.

Anyone have any advice or opinions on what may be wrong?
