Advice please!

So this was my first cycle on 50mg of clomid.  I ovulated between the 12-15. This week I feel like I've had every symptom in the book. My boobs were so heavy and sore, some nausea, I'm exhausted. Then today I had some brownish/ redish/ pinkish discharge. It wasn't heavy enough to fill a liner and it's gotten lighter since this morning. Could this be implantation bleeding or my period changing since being on the clomid?
