Am I pregnant? PLEASE HELP

So this past week, I have been getting really nauseas and feeling sick. I have been having pms signs but for some reason I feel they are not. So usually I get my period days before it is supposed to come , but it waited till almost a day late, and it came. But it was not very heavy , and mostly brown and red blood, and ended by the third day. So I just took a pregnancy test, cause maybe it was implantation bleeding . But it shows a question mark. And I ate and drank water . I'm very confused and I really need someone's help or input. PLEASE !!!
